I used to think midlife would come with answers. Instead, it came with hot flashes... and a whole new relationship to the truth.
The truth about what I want. What I won’t tolerate. And what I’m no longer pretending not to feel.
Menopause didn’t just shift my hormones—it shifted my filters. Now when my body’s tired, I rest. When my spirit says “nah,” I listen. And when the heat rolls in like it’s got something to prove… I grab a fan, a journal, and remind myself: This isn’t a breakdown. This is a becoming.
These days, I crave spaces where I don’t have to over-explain my softness or my strength. Where we can be honest about the messy middle—without fixing it, spiritualizing it, or rushing through it.
So I made one. It’s called Hot Girls Lounge. No pressure. No performance. Just real talk, community, and exhaling on a Saturday with folks who get it.

Midlife didn’t give me all the answers. But it did give me boundaries. And the courage to be real—loudly, softly, and on purpose.
If that resonates? You’ve got a seat at the table.
